Ttc #2

Ok i have a regular cycle its i think 28 days come every month on time an wit my first child i had a regular cycle but i knew i was pregnant because i missed this well ive been ttc fa almost  2 years now and yesterday wen i woke up an used the bathroom after i peed i wiped and had a brownish but had blood mixed in likee gelly thing on my tissue my cycle is supposed to start friday can anyone tell mee wats goin on do i need to see a doctor for a disease or is thus implanting please
