Pre-seed situation (Please help!!)

My boyfriend has a condition known as Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia or Kartagener syndrome which, long story short, means his sperm is very/fully immotile. Men with PCD may occasionally have intact sperm motility, suggesting sperm tails may still have some function or could have different genetic control than cilia.... All of this is a lot to take in but I'm willing to try anything in the long run. I realize pre-seed may not help as much as im hoping but I'd just like to know how pre-seed has worked for all of you ladies before I result to anything major
