Lost of appetite

Hey so I am a first time mother and I am currently 7 weeks/1 day and cant stand to eat anything. I have no appetite whatsoever during some days and when i try to eat its like I dont enjoy it or can only take one bite. Before finding out that I was pregnant i used marijuana recreationally and thats where my appetite would appear from. I am scared to talk to my OB/GYN but cant seem to find any other solution. If someone has/is experiencing the same effect, do HELP! Im afraid for the sake of my child.
