Ladies I need help!!

I have irregular periods but glow says my period should be here the 23rd...which would mean 5 days away....ok I just tested and got a bfn could I still be pregnant and it's just not showing up? My nipples have been extremely sore and I've had mild cramps!! Baby dust to all!!!!
