Feeling heart broken...

My boyfriend and I I thought were much in love. We have made plans for our life together. Tonight I was on FB and seen on my home feed that he was talking to a friend that was a girl which is fine but the message she posted on his page was loved going to the movie and dinner with you. You know how to treat a lady. I loved cuddling with you. He's currently out of town for work and called his boss and found out he had 2 days off. I asked him and he still continued to lie but when I confronted him about the girls post and what his boss said he told me. He needed a get a way. But that doesn't mean he doesn't love me he loves me with all his heart. I called him on his bull shit. He was staying with his parents for the last 2 days. Came to our house and cryed and turned the table and say how can I break up with him. I feel like he's completely messed up. I'm just in shocked. How do I recover from this?
