VBAC ?

Question

has anyone had a VBAC and if so how did it go? I'm really hoping it works out for me because I don't want another section. also I'm nervous about bringing it up at my doctors appt because I know some of the doctors there are against it and I don't get to choose who delivers me...it's just whoever is on rotation. I don't want to fight for a vaginal birth while I'm in labor.  :/  so any suggestions on that would be awesome too.

I can't say anything from experience. I don't actually have any kids. but my mom is a pediatric nurse and she has said that a lot of doctors have been encouraging women to have a vaginal birth after a previous c section of its safe for mom and baby. 
the recovery is quicker and your body is meant to have a vaginal birth. :)

I have had 3!!! I had an unnecessary C-section with my first in 2010. My first VBAC was very healing in 2011! I had a second in 2014, and a third in 2015! As long as you fund a supportive provider and do your research, go for it!!!!

I had a vaginal in 1997, emergency cesarean in 2014 and my doctor says it may be possible to do a vbac with this one in September 2016. But only because I have had a successful vaginal birth. She will not know until 38 weeks because the last time was my babies head was too big. I am hopeful this will be a vbac.

Ive had a vbac going for 2vbac. Honestly it was my best birth thus far. I did dates near the end and red raspberry tea. 
It was my 4th birth. My 3rd was a cs for frank breech and i had an extention scar downwards. 
i was very grateful for a suportive provider. If you need to look up your local ican group or even get someone(doula or other) that will be on your side for the birth then you will not need to fight.

Mine was perfect. But my kids are 14 years apart so... But I was still worried. It was a great experience though.
