Ready to give up!

I am 29 years old and suffer from endo and pcos. I was diagnosed with endo at 17 and somehow got pregnant with my 4 year old ds at 23. After his birth I found out I have pcos!!!! We have been trying for over a year and taking metformin 500mg twice a day with no success. I am feeling so defeated. I thought for sure this was my month ( had sex every other day for 2 weeks this time, everyday the 3 months before that) with AF 3 days away and 3 bfn I am lost! No one understands what I am going through which makes it more frustrating. I'm looking for success stories, tips, words of encouragement anything!!!!!
