Stumped 😥

I'm 8 days late on my period. I'm always on time and have always been very regular. I took tests and a lot of them. I got two faint positives and 4 negatives. I got the doctor to do a blood test and it was negative. He also said "I'm not saying you are pregnant but I'm not saying you aren't. Keep trying and keep testing every few days." I tested tonight and got s bfn. What is going on?! I'm feeling like I'm pregnant with the cramps, headaches, sore breasts, not wanting a lot of food etc but I never had these issues with my other two daughters. Help 😥
