Soft cup versus syringe
So my partner and I have been using soft cups to insert sperm, and I leave it up there for a couple hours while sleeping to give sperm time to swim, but I'm reading others use syringes? Please give me advice on insemination techniques. We use preseed as well. Started taking fertile aide vitamins as well to boost fertility
