I have never experienced ovulation pain before, but just recently I started a new fitness regimen, and this cycle has been extreme. My period was awful, heavy and painful. And I started my fertile window yesterday, and started experiencing pain similar to cramps but not as strong. It wasn't so bad until I went to the bathroom and I'm spotting. My cervical mucus is the ideal egg white texture, but it is streaked with blood. Not large amounds, just pin pricks. It is honestly the weirdest thing I've ever experienced. Has anyone else had something like this during their fertile window?
