TMI : Please help

Had extreme abdominal pain. Figured out it was because I FINALLY wasn't constipated anymore. I went to the bathroom to relieve myself which happened to be diarrhea. When I wiped, I saw blood. I wiped again making sure to wipe my vagina to make sure the blood wasn't coming from there. It wasn't. When I got up to flush, there was a blood streak (from my feces). I'm a little concerned. Hemorrhoid? Bloody stool? Any help is appreciated. And again, so sorry for the nasty visual. -____-
