Going crazy

Its breaking my heart that I haven't conceived yet. It makes it worse because my last period was in March.i kept holding onto hope since I hadn't started my period but test after test has been bfn. I've spent about a hundred dollars in tests in the last 2 months alone. And I've had spotting for the past three days so I took a test and of course it was a bfn. I've never spotted. Ever since I was 12 I've always had super heavy periods. And to Make matters worse I've had a cold for the past 3 days! Seriously! A freaking cold when it's 103 DEGREES outside?! I really hoped that I Would see those two pink lines. Would have been perfect timing. Maybe I should just give up already.
