Hypnobirthing
It is official, we are going for hypnobirthing for our birth. I can't afford to take the classes, but I did purchase the book and plan on purchasing a few CDs. Has anyone used the hypnobirthing method before or does anyone plan on using it?? If you used it, what was your experience?? Would you do it again?? Did you deliver in a hospital/birthing center/home?? What was your experience with that and the acceptance of hypnobirthing? Also, any and all advice related to hypnobirthing and a natural birth welcome!! Thanks in advance!!!
