TTC Baby #1 with PCOS

Me and my partner are both 24 years old and we have been TTC for baby #1for over a year now and still nothing. Its extreamly fustrating as I do have PCOS and currently on period day 89! I have an apt to get an internal ultrasound this Thursday and after I get my results I will be going to a gyno to see what they can do to help. Has anyone got any advice or are going through a similiar thing? Id would love to know. I did do a hpt last month which had a very faint positive line and I re tested the next day and it was BFN. I have also done blood test that come back negative and all my levels are fine also. Please send some baby Dust my way :)
