Am I ovulating even if OPK negative?

Hi everyone, this is my first month using an opk, I'm not getting a smiley face but have a lot of EWCM today & yesterday & my bbt temp dipped today as well. Is it still possible to get pregnant this month with a negative opk? Been trying over 2 years, was really hoping the opk would take a bit of the stress out of it but now I feel sad because I'm not getting the smiley face! Any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks 😊
