Anyone pregnant after first round of clomid?

I have PCOS and after months of no period I started my period today (thanks to Provera).  Yes this period is painful and awful so far, but I'm just grateful to have a period at this point.  Anyways, I am starting 50 mg on Friday and was curious if anyone has gotten pregnant on their first round of clomid?

It didn't for us.  Similar story though.  I need provera as well.  Starting second round this weekend.  Provera to start.  Currently cd 43 :/ I hope it works for you!  Baby dust!!! <3

Yeah 50mg 2-6. Ended in miscarriage last week 😢 I didn't know but clomid has side effects of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage.
