Koala Baby

My LO is almost 2 weeks old and it's just me and him at home during the day. He loves to be on mommy all day and will not go down in any of his little gadgets (playpin, rocker, bassinet, crib) which I wouldn't mind but I can't even poop lol. Anyone had any success with any type of swing/rocker? I have a Moby wrap, have you had any success wearing baby and getting things done still?
