I have a fit bit that reports sleep patterns (I don't know how accurate it is) however it says that I'm only actually asleep for about three hours and 45 minutes each night. So I hear you, crazy insomnia! I'm 21+5.
18 week insomnia?
I feel like it is too early to experience insomnia! I fall sleep easy than wake up at 3 and can't fall back asleep! Is anyone experience this!
