Pregnant?

Hey everyone. Today my period is 5 days late, which I know isn't very long, but it's pretty irregular for me. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it said it was negative. I'm just wondering why my period would be this late or if the pregnancy test could've been wrong? If it doesn't come in a few days, I'm taking another one. Are there ways it can be more accurate?

Could be that u ovulated later than you thought wait a few more days and if it doesn't show test again with first morning urine if not see ur Dr maybe get a blood test done good luck

This really helped me cause I'm going throw the same thing I'm now 6 days late I went to the hospital for throwing up and they did a urine test there it came out negative and took a home pregnancy test and it came negative beside I went to the hospital and they told me to take another one next week in the morning.
