Sprained knee

Hi everyone I just home home from the hospital and they said I sprained my knee.I am so upset because this is my fertile week and my husband bday is Sunday and is on vacation for his bday. I was so excited for this weekends plans and now everything has fell thru.just wondering if any one has had a serious injury that put all of there big plans on hold and how they coped with it.my husband is being very supportive(and helpful where I can't really get around) saying after I heal.....and being very sweet but it still hurts.sorry for the rant I just needed to to get some stuff off my chest
