How can we be ttc if

How can we be ttc if everytime we have sex i end up with utis . He has been cumin in my every time an we dont even make.it to take a test. What if the doctors put me on meds an i end up pregnant from the last round of sperm?? Its going to be to soon for a pregnancy test as im going tomrrow to get meds an we just had sex tonight well (all week) but . Advice please
