Labor and delivery.

Last week at my 34 week appointment my blood pressure was sky high. I have been tested for gestational diabetes twice. I failed the first time and passed the second time. When my blood pressure was so high my heart was beating 160 BPM and the doctors were concerned. My doctor told me if my blood pressure shot up again or if anything out of the ordinary started happening to come into labor and delivery. Fast forward to this weekend and my feet were swollen twice the size as normal, turned purple and my toes were numb. I iced them and they were ok the next day. Now today my fingers are going numb and it has started progressing up my hand. I called my doctor and I am now In labor and delivery. I am hooked up to the monitors and they say I'm having small contractions. I will keep you ladies posted but please pray for me and my baby girl. She is only 35 weeks along but her heart beat is going strong!
