Careers while TTC

I am TTC with my first. This being said, I have never used maternity leave or FMLA. I have been in my current job for 1 year+, but recently interviewed for a new job with a significant increase in pay. My current job is a big corporation; the potential new job is a small business with less than 50 people. We have been TTC for over a year. I don't want to stop TTC, but I wonder what will happen if I get pregnant after starting a new job.
