Acne!! Help!!!!!

Hi everyone my first time here, but ok I have bad hormonal acne and was put on spironolactone pills (which is a high blood pressure med) & was told not to try and conceived I've been in this Ned for about 6 months just 3 weeks ago my dermatologist didn't see no improvements so he decided to put me on accuten starting next month but I was warned not to try and conceive and was mandated for me to get on birth control I stop taking spironolactone & I won't be using the accuten, he also prescribed topical cream but my skin sensitive I'm not able to use it. Is there any natural way or good products I can use (proactive gives me an allergic reaction) please help!!!!
