I'm miserable

Ugh.. Woke up with a soar throat.. I have body aches my eyes feel like their burning but no fever it's like 90 degrees here and I'm covered in a blanket cause I feel cold and if I get up I get the chills and goose bumps.... Been in bed all day and all I had was cereal and cookies.. And it's now 4:30 pm .. I have no appetite right now... I keep checking my temperature and right now is 99.3f... I'm drinking lots of water.. But here and their I can feel my heart pumping fast and shortness of breath .. I'm 24 weeks.. Ugh.. This is the first time me feeling like this.😞😞 and it sucksss..
