You ever feel like...
Today I been painting the porch ceiling. It is outside, lots of fresh air. Yet when I stopped I almost felt like I was watching through someone else's eyes. I felt very light headed and nausea'd. I could feel myself going through the motions of cooking but yet I wasnt fully aware of what I was doing.
Only time I ever felt like that was when I was drunk- and its been a long time since I have been.
Anyone else ever experience this?
