Any animal experts???

I just found out my boxer possibly has entropia.

This is Lolly, she's a rescue and has had a hard life. When we brought her home she had stab wounds and gun shot wounds and was raised in horrible conditions. So, I've really tried to take good care of her, because I know she's never had a real family or proper health care. She's been with us 2 1/2 yrs now, and we just love her so much. Twice this week her eyes have swollen up, and the under eye lid creeps over her eyes. She stops eating and won't get up or respond or greet anyone. My mother in law is not a veterinarian, (but she is a rescue worker) and she says it's entropia, and she needs eye surgery. I love her very much, but my husband is in critical care right now, and I cannot afford to take her to the vet. Is there anything I can do for her at home? What are the risks of delaying the surgery? I'm so worried about her. The last photo is how she normally looks.
