Acne probs!!

Could somebody please give me advice on acne?!? I have been off BC for almost 2 months and my face is looking like a war zone! I've always had acne problems but it has always been taken care of because of birth control. Now that I'm off birth control {trying for baby #2} my hormones must be going crazy and I really can't seem to get it under control. I get cystic acne on my chin and after one clears up 1 or 2 more pop up. Please help me!
