Advice for buying a baby swing?

I recognize that I'm being totally irrational and ocd but I am stressing out over buying a baby swing. There are so many options, I feel overwhelmed! So far I've been told that the plain old standard swing is fine but I feel like I need options because I have no idea what baby girl will like when she gets here. I'm leaning towards a cradle swing. Anyone have any recommendations based on your experience?

The Mama Roo is amazing! It doesn't take up so much space like normal swings and it has different settings like "car ride, kangaroo, tree swing, etc" it is designed to make it feel like your baby is being held and rocked or in the car or a tradition swing setting. I LOVE it! All of my nieces have it and I'm determined to get one! :)

Haha. I have been like that with EVERY SINGLE DECISION. I spent 6 hours researching wraps/carriers! From a swing point of view my niece loved her Lindam, but it's a "crotch dangler" so not ideal for longer than 10-20 mins at a time (especially for boys)

I am agonizing over everything I am buying or putting in my registry except the swing I found a beautiful purple one with white draping used for $50 reg. $150 and had to buy it I love looking at it just hope my daughter likes it(not due til Nov.)
