Not ready for #2

I just had my baby girl 2 months ago. I had my period on june 10th and me and my now ex bf had sex (pull out method). Well for the past 4 days now i been having tender breast just how i was when i was very early in my pregnancy with her. I also had an emergency c-section with her after 17.5hrs of labor. I don't know what to do and scared that i might be pregnant so soon after her. Im planning to take a test on the 7th because i have an appointment for the IUD on the 9th. 😕 Has anyone got pregnant after having their baby less than 3 month?
