Sex induces labor??

Question

So I've read that is your already effaced & dilated that sex could definitely induce labor.. I'm currently 50% effaced & 2cm dilated... Me & Hub decided to mess around a bit..after the fact now I am feeling some pressure in my back.. & on my pelvis... Could it be working on some progress? I know it could possibly take more than 1x.

We did the same thing a couple of nights ago and I'm also 2 cm and 50%.  Went for a walk last night and ate some kiwi (I read it helps just like eating fresh pineapple too but mines not ripe yet) finally started losing some of my mucus plug today!  More pressure in my hips and lower back and tightening (not contractions) in my stomach.  Going to go for another long walk tonight.  Due date is Saturday on the 4th of July! Wondering if our little one will come into this world with a bang and a show lol.  Good luck, walk walk walk, eat fresh pineapple, kiwi, or mangos, and try to relax it'll happen when it's time :)

Sooo we did it again TMI .. But I let it sit for a little while... When I went to the bathroom I sat on the toilet & instantly felt a THUMP on my cervix (had to be that) but anyways I checked to make sure nothing came out... When I got up my stomach seemed even lower than before... It wouldn't be her 1st time dropping if that's what happened

Also I started losing some of my plug Monday night. Haven't seen any of it since yesterday after leaving L&D

Yes it could be working... My dr told me if you want to i duce labour to have sex 3 times a day cause you need his sperm to make you soft and the orgasm will make you contract. Also nipple stimulation 2 times a day for 30 mins :) good luck
