Nipples

Everything my baby is eating she throws up. I have been pumping and feeding her that way. I try to limit how long she sucks so she isn't eating to fast but doesn't seem to help.. I currently have her using a Medela nipple, thinking of trying the Medela Calma to see if that's an even slower flow. Any advice? I gave Dr Brown bottles as well. Haven't tried them for flow to see if them help.. Poor thing! & also gets the hiccups after almost all Feedings.
