Mixed baby names

My husband is Japanese, and i'm american, and we are going to have a baby, everyone I know has been all "concerned" and crap because they think we are going to name them something japanese, but like so what??? What is so bad about that? People need to mind their own business, ugh so frustrated. Anyone deal with similar issues?
