Very late...TTC

I am on day 68 no period. I spotted last week for 4 days and now the spotting started again this week. Been taking negative tests. I feel extremely exhausted, emotions all over the place, nauseous but only at night about 1 to 2 am almost everyday  bit have stopped this week. But sometimes randomly thought the day.  Breasts feel heavy. Will be going to the doctors sooon as I get my insurance. Has anyone else not got a positive this late? Am I pregnant?
