Boyfriend problems

So at first, when my boyfriend and I were living apart due to my schooling, he craved me so bad that it was unbearable, but I rarely said anything about it.

Now, he won't eat me out or just recently, he refused to finish me, and just watched t.v.

Is this a bad sign? What should I do, he also doesn't likr going on top, which is getting boring for me being the one to do that.

I do so much for him to get him off, like a surprise in the morning or after work, but he never does anything for me. What should I do?
