Adoption centers

I know that most of you women put your children up for adoption when you don't have anywhere else to turn for help but please consider the dangers that you're putting your child into. I recently started working at an adoption center where we care for little babies. Most of these children are neglected, they cry for hours without any attendance. Just recently I saw one of my colleagues hitting a child because s/he wouldn't stop crying. I've been so afraid to tell anyone because I've just started working there and I might get fired or something worse could happen. I'm very disheartened after seeing what goes on. Most of the older children don't seem happy. Giving up children for adoption isn't a good idea anymore, people don't adopt kids so often. Please do consider your child's happiness before you think of yours 😔
