Baby Shower Hostess gifts

I am expecting my first baby this September and as of right now I am getting three baby showers thrown for us. While that seems like a lot, I now live two hours away from where I grew up so there is one in my home town (thrown by our sisters), one where we live now (thrown by our friends) and one that my coworkers will be throwing. I would love to give each of these ladies something special. Any ideas?
