Fsu quarter back hitting the woman

Ok I might get crap for this but I don't care. I feel real strongly about this. There's this video of a FSU quarter back punching a woman at a tavern and he is getting battery charges put against him. This is my problem. She hit him first. Don't get me wrong I don't think a man should hit a woman, but also I was taught not to hit anyone. My problem is there area a lot of females that think it's ok to get in a mans face and act a fool because there girls the guy won't do anything. I was also taught if I hit someone first it don't matter who I should expect to get hit back. I feel if she stepped up to him like a man she shouldn't be surprised that he stepped right back at her. Look I'm saying it's ok to hit her, and I'm not saying and I'm not saying he should of hit her so hard. I am saying she shouldn't of hit him either. She called him a racial slur for bumping into her then she tried to knee him then she slapped him, what did she expect to happen? That they were going to hug it out. I understand why there kicking him off the team bad publicity ok fine but I don't think he shouldnt be charged with battery unless she is going to get charges pressed against her as well. Again as women we want equal rights as men. Well we need to take all the equality not the ones we pick and choose.
