Extreme dizziness?

I am 16 weeks tomorrow and for the past 4 weeks or so I have been experiencing extreme dizziness, and occasionally passing out. Has anyone else been feeling this way, or has anyone gone through something similar? I am in an additional iron supplement and did suffer from this before I was pregnant, but much less often! So weird! Just looking for comfort :).

The only time I have felt dizziness is when I'm not drinking enough water it's a sign That I'm dehydrated

I had this in the beginning and was told that is was due to heat, not drinking enough water, and not eating enough.
