My son was born last December. I was in labor for 16 hrs after being induced. First, I was given the balloon that dilated me to 5cm after being at 2 cm for a few wks. I was then given the drug pitocin which almost killed my son. His bp kept dropping and right before I began to push it went from being in the 160s to the 30s. I will never be induced again. I've never been so scared in my life.
