Do you forget to eat

Question

I'm never hungry in the morning and after coffee with 5 kids 4 of my own and a step daughter and I am a nanny to a 2 year old I get so busy I forget then around 3 I'll get dizzy and then when I eat I get an upset stomach I don't do this on purpose my husband texts me around 3 to remind me I always eat dinner I was getting light headed today and I was wondering I can't be the only one who does this

I never forget. Within an hour of waking up I'm hungry.

Maybe eat when the kids eat? Make it family time and sit at the table with them during meals

I forget to eat. Usually it'd during the summer that I barely eat because I'm just not hungry

Ugh I'm exactly the Same! Just 2 kids though but I have my 12mo niece too because my sister has returned to full time work. By the time they are fed and dressed I try to cook some toast but I normally get busy and forget and like you, by 3pm I just feel shaky and dizzy. I always eat dinner but not until 7pm when kids are down for the night.

I forget alot. Sometimes it's because work(when I worked), school,  or I'm just so into cleaning. My boyfriend will call on his breaks and ask if I ate anything yet. He knows I have a bad habit of forgetting meals. Lol

There are times when I forgot to eat too. It's generally when I'm in school though. I just get so busy. On several of occasions I've nearly passed out at school.

I've got IBS and some other stomach problems. I have to eat as soon as I get hungry. Even if all I have is a protein  shake. It also keeps my diabetic blood sugar normal
