Question about due date !! Please help

So I found out I was pregnant in May, then miscarried June 5th. We just found out July 5th that we are pregnant again! Had my levels drawn at 4 w6 days and they were 3081! Is it possible that I'm farther along then I thought? How do I calculate this I'm confused! I was basing my lmp from when I miscarried on June 5th but I feel like my numbers are high! Getting second results Monday! Can I please get some advice!!!!
