Would I tell my husband and family?

My husband and I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic in the last 2 years or so. The 1st pregnancy we told our parents and then at that 6 week mark we told everyone else. Then we miscarried at 6w 5d. The 2nd pregnancy we waited until I was 9 weeks just to be sure. We told our other 2 kids and family and sure enough another miscarriage at 9w 6d. I was devastated to tell our children and of course everyone else. So later I got pregnant again and kept it as quiet as possible and at 5w 2d found out I had an ectopic pregnancy. That was last September and we haven't been able to conceive again. I may have a faint positive hpt but I'm terrified to tell anyone even my husband. I don't want anyone to be upset and disappointed all over again. My husband can sometimes have a big mouth and I just really want anyone to know. I'm tired of having those looks.....
