Pushy in-laws! Help ladies!

My mother-in-law is driving me NUTS! She is constantly babying my husband and constantly in the middle of our fights and arguments. I understand as a mother, she wants to step in. But this is a marriage! Between two people and only two. She tells us which bank to use. She demanded we go on WIC and foodstamps (when we are very able to afford those without help). And she is in my husbands military career! Telling him what to do and what not to do and saying SHE was going to pick him up from deployments! I can't tell her any of this because I live with her. And I don't know her well enough and it would be super awkward. What would you do??
