What to do if you have cramps

I have cramps and I don't know what to do plz help !!!!!!!!

Take a hot, relaxing bath, avoid caffeine and drink tea/water.

Rest. Ice or heat pack (what ever feels better). Take some paracetamol or ibuprofen.

Until n unless they are severe and consistent, cramps r normal. One can have cramps before af is due and even when one ovulates. So dont worry if they are mild.
