Big baby!

Yesterday I had to go in as a walk in due to the fact that I had gone to the ER the night before due to some contractions and turns out I was 1cm dialated. Saw my Dr everything was fine still no more dialation,at the end he decided to do an ultrasound just to check up on my LO but said he wouldn't discuss results til Monday. So normal went in everything the tech said my baby is about 7lbs9oz! Funny thing is I'm about to turn 36 weeks but my ultrasound said I was 37 weeks and a couple of days! I really hope the ultrasound was right! If not how did you ladies induce labor??
