Implantation bleeding?

I was due to have my period 2-3 days ago that came an went an I was really thinking I was pregnant I did not take a test which I probably should have but I started bleeding heavy today an figured it was AF I did fill a tampon but two hours after that an it's just light pink an some what almost gone now is this implantation bleeding ? Is it possible I still could be pregnant?
