Eating healthy while Ttc

Today marks day 1 of me changing not only my lifestyle but diet while Ttc for my widdo blessing or perhaps blessings 😊 so here's today dinner stuffed salmon, spinach & kale salad w roasted sliced almonds and tomatoe & basil feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette as dressing (didn't use it yet) brown rice mixed with some quinoa. I've also incorporated vitamins, pineapples, and mint tea & the list goes on! Supposedly they help with ttc! 😋
