sick toddler

my daughter is 2 years old and we went to the doctors yesterday and told us she has tonsillitis. this morning she woke up fine but I notice she hasn't peed all day, she's been taking in a lot of water, juice, and even ginger ale. From what I have just recently counted she hasn't peed in 4 hours. But she's been saying she pooped and her diapers completely dry.. how long should I wait before I should take her to urgent care.
