Men and Cars

Does your man know how to maintain a car? I'm talking change a tire, replace brakes, change oil ect.. Does it bother you if he doesn't? I know gender roles are sometimes frowned upon just wondering my SO doesnt know anything about cars and it drives me insane I think because I grew up with my dad knowing about cars. Am I wrong for being irritated by it?
